1) Nissan Express Service (NES) is exclusive to all Nissan customers who own Urvan, Almera, NP300 Navara, Sylphy, Altima, Xtrail and Juke
2) Nissan Express Service (NES) can only be availed thru booking service appointment via book.nissanservice.ph, NCAC or selected Nissan Dealership.
3) In online booking, customer has to completely fill up the required fields for NES to proceed with the appointment confirmation.
4) A representative from the selected Nissan Dealership will call the customer to confirm the booked appointment.
5) The customer must arrive before or not later than 5 minutes from the start of the appointment time to ensure completion of service within the 30-minute guaranteed time.
6) Appointment time refers to the start of the 30-minute guaranteed time.
7) The 30-minute guaranteed time refers to the clock time which starts when the vehicle enters the NES bay and ends when it exits the NES bay.
8) The Service Advisor (SA) will notify the customer of the clock time’s start and end.
9) Late and walk in customers may not be accepted for appointment and subject to availability of NES technician and work bay.
10) Other customer concerns, special requests, SA recommendation and additional jobs are not included in the 30-minute guaranteed time.
11) Carwash is not included in the 30-minute guaranteed time
12) No pre-inspection or vehicle walk around checklist prior to the start of the 30-minute guaranteed time
13) Online Payments made through Credit card and Debit card is not refundable.
14) Cancellation of Online Payments is subject to credit card and debit card cancelation process. Customer may contact the Dealer for payment cancellation conditions.
15) Online Payments made through Credit card and Debit card is non-transferrable to a different Nissan Dealership and services may only be availed from the original Nissan Dealership selected during the time of booking.
16) Customer can reschedule the appointment time and date.
17) If the 30-minute guaranteed time is not met, labor is free.
18) Nissan Dealership may re-schedule, re-book, or cancel any booking due to Force Majeure.
19) Nissan, reserves the right, without prior notice, to revise, amend or revoke any of the terms and conditions stated herein, including the rates of the Discount, the guaranteed prices as well as the services and parts covered.
2. Scope of Policy. This Policy covers processing activities on personal data disclosed to NPI on its website as well as on any of its social media accounts. When you engage with us on social media, such engagement will be subject to the privacy policies of these social media websites and applications.
4. Personal Information Controller. NPI operates the https://www.nissan.ph/ website. It is the personal information controller of any personal data that you may disclose through the use of this website and through any of your interactions with us through any of our social media accounts, which means that it determines the purposes for which your personal data is being collected and processed. 6.2.4. When you choose to book online on https://book.nissanservice.ph/, we may collect the following data categories:

Where you log-in using your Facebook account, we will collect your public profile and your Email Address.
6.2.6. When you choose to avail of any of our other online Services, we may collect any of the following data categories: Name, Email Address, Contact Number, Region, Province, Nearest Dealership, Vehicle of Interest, Date of Intended Purchase of Vehicle, Date of Intended Visit to Dealership, Chassis Number of your vehicle to deliver you those Services. Our other online Services include Service Campaigns, Book A Test Drive, Lead Ads, brochure and information requests, surveys and contests, site announcements, and special offers.
6.3. Information Obtained From Third Parties.
